IT Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Consultant to join our team. As an IT Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in developing, implementing, and optimising our IT infrastructure and systems. You will work closely with the leadership team to understand our business needs, identify technology solutions, and deliver effective IT strategies.

Your Day-To-Day Will Involve

  • Working cross-functionally between engineering, product, project, design & business teams to solve technical issues & ensure successful project delivery
  • Maintain & improve IT infrastructures and systems, and identify areas for improvement and assist in the selection, procurement and implementation of new appropriate IT systems and solutions
  • Help develop IT strategies and roadmaps
  • Help develop and implement strategic IT plans to optimise efficiency and productivity
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT systems, data, and operations
  • Keep current with industry trends and best practices

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT (or equivalent work experience)
  • 3+ years working in a similar IT Support position
  • Knowledge of various IT domains, including network infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and IT operations
  • Strongly skilled in problem-solving and interpersonal communication in order to effectively communicate complex technical concepts
  • Ability to multitask and to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must have an eagerness to thrive, grow and learn with the organisation and industry
  • Experience working in crypto or blockchain would be advantageous
  • Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP etc.) would be an asset
  • Microsoft Certifications would be desirable, including but not limited to:
    • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
    • Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
    • Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance and Identity Fundamentals
    • Microsoft Certified: Azure Blockchain Developer
